Staff Training and Development Job Scope:

- Maximize staff effectiveness by helping to determine and solve training needs.
- Help to prepare new hires for the company by assisting in the orientation of company rules and procedures.
- Help to develop individual coaching plans.
- Provide resources and assistance to new hires and existing staff.
- Help determine training needs of new hires and existing staff through observing each individual's work performance.
- Studying performance reports and conferring with managers.
- Develop individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources.
- Providing coaching and conducting training sessions.
- Improves training effectiveness by suggesting new approaches and techniques.

Requirements:

College Degree Desired (but not required depending on experience)

Compensation:

$65,000 or more, depending on experience
